Fashion, Art & Culture maven to work beside Michael Grieve to steer Jumeirah’s brand and communication strategies
United Arab Emirates, Dubai, 2nd September 2024: Jumeirah today announced the appointment of Julien Soyez as its new Vice President of Communications. With a distinguished background in luxury fashion and lifestyle communications, leading key events and cultural initiatives, Julien will play a pivotal role in advancing Jumeirah’s communication strategy, building the brand’s visibility in new markets in line with its global expansion plans.
Julien joins Jumeirah from renowned fashion house Gucci in Milan, where he was Worldwide Press Director. There he led an international team with the mandate of defining and executing a complex brand strategy to elevate global perceptions of an Italian House with a century-old heritage. Julien’s career also includes notable creative brand marketing and communications roles in Paris and the Middle East with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Marc Jacobs.
Based at Jumeirah’s Corporate office in Dubai and reporting to Chief Brand Officer, Micheal Grieve, Julien will oversee all areas of Jumeirah’s communications and social media.
