Outbound Marketing undertook a two day ‘Train the Team’ programme, which involved sessions on Team Empowerment, communication skills, product knowledge, presentation skills, PR strategy, effective CRM management and administrative support.
The learning was a fine balance of harmony and unity, a reflection of the dualities and interconnectedness of life, yin and yang to be the best version of brand ambassadors for our company and our represented clients. The underlying message was learning is ‘fun’.
