Corinthia Hotels hosted key MICE buyers at IMEX Frankfurt and used this opportunity to showcase a pre IMEX fam trip at Corinthia Lisbon. The agents were blown away with the property, the warmth and hospitality and itinerary which was a great blend of immersive experiences, highlighting the brandโs signature service, elegant accommodations, and bespoke event capabilities; blending business with leisure through curated site visits, cultural tours, and culinary moments. After all, isnโt MICE about giving the delegates great experiences with combining business & leisure.
Our Jumeirah sales team in India participated in the Dubai Tourism Roadshow in Lucknow, engaging with over 100 key travel partners and reinforcing its commitment to regional outreach. More than ever 2025 seems to be all about face to face meetings and our team is out there making a difference where it matters.
Melia Hotelsโs MICE program, โAthithiโ special for India was launched earlier this year; the Melia sales team in India took the opportunity to remind all those travelling to IMEX, hosted by Melia about the โAthithiโ program. This thoughtful initiative reflects Melia Hotels Internationalโs high level of personalisation in this key market, India.
Packing in more, our Boutique Collection team hosted a wonderful fam into Sri Lanka. KK Collection welcomed some of Indiaโs top luxury travel advisors on an immersive journey through their stunning boutique properties in southern Sri Lanka. This wasnโt just a showcase of beautiful hotels โ it was a deep dive into authentic, boutique luxury that left a lasting impression.
As part of a targeted B2C campaign, we also hosted celebrity Amyra Dastur at KK Beach, helping build aspirational consumer interest and putting KK Beach firmly on the radar for luxury Indian travelers.
We showcased Santani Wellness in Kandy, nestled in the peaceful hills, the experience featured sunrise yoga, quiet reflection, and mindful stillness โ a powerful reminder of travelโs transformative potential. The feedback was heartfelt and emotional, with words like โhealing,โ โtransformational,โ and โunlike anything weโve experienced beforeโ capturing the essence of the journey. To further boost visibility in India, we conducted targeted webinars for travel agents, which was met with enthusiastic participation and strong interest in promoting Santani in the Indian market.
